Here is a meal for you that is low carb, low fat, and best of all, cooked in the slow cooker! It involves three ingredients: chicken, lime vinaigrette and chipotle peppers.
I love anything that is slow cooked. I love that I can get our meal going in the morning, get done what I need to get done during the day and our dinner is being perfectly prepared. I just don’t think a cook can have too many recipes that don’t keep them tied to the stove or oven. I am here to add one more to your recipe box….Spicy Pulled Pork. It has a kick, a good kick.
I opened my freezer and these lovelies were screaming to come out and play. I made a very simple sweet and spicy rub, cooked them for a very short time on the stove top, and finished them in the oven. There were five boneless chops in the package. After our meal, there were no chops left. I ate one. Apparently Sir Streusel liked them a lot!
